A Guide to Taking Care of Your Riggers

This morning sensei recorded a quick video on layer-splitting tips
and pretty much summed up every rigger's pain points XD
If you're drawing and rigging your own model, feel free to ignore all of this (whatever makes you happy!)
But if the illustration and the rigging are handled by two different people, illustrators should really pay extra attention to how they split their layers
That said, most issues aren't actually that "serious" — riggers usually just end up patching and re-splitting the art themselves anyway XD
(every rigger has their own workflow, after all, so they're the ones who know best how they want it done)
Beyond the stray-pixel issue sensei already mentioned,
let me share what actually counts as a "serious" layer-splitting problem
I was rushing to put this together, so the example art is a little rough — sorry about that ><..
That's all for now~
