3. We do not share personal information with third parties without explicit consent unless legally required. Individual Numbers are never provided to third parties except as required by the My Number Act and related legislation.
4. We implement reasonable security and corrective measures to protect personal information against leaks, loss, or damage.
5. Our Personal Information Help Desk responds promptly to complaints, consultations, requests for disclosure, correction, or deletion, and questions about our privacy practices.
6. We operate a Personal Information Protection Management System (PMS) based on JIS Q 15001:2017 and continuously review and improve it.
