[Live2D Course] Registration Now Open for Term 4 of the VTuber Full Pipeline Class

Registration for Term 4 of our Live2D course officially opens tonight! (This term's theme color is orange >w<)

As always, Term 4 will cover the full VTuber model production pipeline. But on top of that, I'll be sharing all the new techniques I've learned recently—holding absolutely nothing back!

We originally planned to cover the new Live2D 5.0 features in the previous term, but since its release was delayed, we'll be incorporating those tutorials into Term 4 instead.

Next up, our guest instructors: This is a huge highlight for this term!

In addition to returning instructors Yifeng (covering character design) and Ah Zhe (hosting the animation workshop) from Term 3, I've invited two more heavyweight guest lecturers:

・Krenz Cushart (Krenz Artwork) The legendary illustrator known as "K-Da"—who probably needs no introduction by now! XD He'll be breaking down perspective techniques specifically tailored for VTuber models.

・Nonon One of Japan's top Live2D riggers, who works closely with official Live2D and various corporate agencies. They are famous for rigging an incredible 200 models in a single year—without sacrificing quality! Nonon will be sharing industry insights and tips for maximizing your workflow efficiency. (Note: Nonon's class will be taught in Japanese, but we will provide simultaneous Chinese and English subtitles.)

Yes, you read that right—we have four guest instructors this term! Each will teach for one day, meaning we'll have two full weeks of guest lectures.

Now, let's talk about the character art assets for this term. Once again, we've commissioned three amazing illustrators, and we've also partnered with Meridian Project for an optional premium asset.

Animated Art Asset: Fengwei Maji (Flavor Shop) Standard Art Asset: JoFang Art Optional Art Assets: MixFlavor, and Meridian Project - Seki's New Outfit (Illustrator: Elen)

Just like the last two terms, the standard art asset is a free gift for everyone enrolled. Every student will receive a fully separated character PSD to use during the course. If you follow along with the lessons, you'll graduate with a beautiful, fully rigged model! You are completely free to use her for your own streams and content (though you might end up twinning with your classmates).

The optional "MixFlavor" asset features an established character design, meaning the copyright and usage rights remain with the original illustrator. (Similar to the assets from Krenz in Term 1, Shepi in Term 2, and Lin Hua in Term 3.) While you can't use the finished model for your own content, you CAN credit yourself as the rigger and include it in your professional portfolio! If you're aiming to become a freelance rigger, this is a great challenge that will definitely make your portfolio stand out.

The other new optional asset, "Meridian Project - Seki's New Outfit," is meant to be a professional-level challenge. Once completed, Meridian's official team will review the submissions. They will select their favorite rigged model to actually use in official content, crediting you as the rigger! Plus, the chosen student will receive a 30,000 NTD scholarship (exclusive to Term 4 students)!

Finally, the free matchmaking service connecting our graduates with partner agencies—which we introduced in Term 3—will return this term! (And we've added a few more partner companies to the roster.)
